UPDATE: Verizon has posted their support document, with everything you need to know about this update.

Last week it was Sprint's turn to push out Android 4.4 KitKat for the HTC One, and today it's Verizon Wireless who's up to bat.
According to Mo Versi, Executive Director of Product Management at HTC, the company has received technical approval for their latest build from Verizon Wireless, and an OTA (over-the-air) update is imminent.
This was the final step before the update hits consumers, so get ready to pound those update check buttons—head to Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom, and select Verizon software update -> Check for updates.
This update brings us up to two U.S. carriers, as well as various international markets, that get to play with the latest and greatest from Google and HTC. Hooray for the future!
