I was wondering, if i install a dark wallpaper on my HTC ONe M9 such as the one below, will i be able to save battery power because i don't use my background light?

First Touch Apps. Then among the apps touch Settings. From the settings list choose WiFi. If Wi-Fi is turned off, you have to touch the slider to turn it off. Touch the Wi-Fi network you want to connect. Now enter the password in the field. After entering the password touch to Connect button. Now you will watch that your phone is connected with Wi-Fi network.

Even though my high school days are long behind me, I still find myself waking up in a cold sweat worrying about what my GPA is and what college I'm going to be able to get into. During those days I had to rely on coming up with my own equations to figure out my GPA between grading periods—including AP and honors course, as well as weights for pluses and minuses—but now there are smartphones to do all that thinking for me.

We've previously shown you an app called Floating Lyrics which displayed song lyrics in a, you guessed it, floating window. And while that app was great for any minimalist, it was pretty bare bones overall.

Battery life is extremely unpredictable on an Android. Finding the right ROM and kernel combo can make or break having the kind of battery that will last you all day long. Even if you do find the perfect pair, you then have to worry about apps, widgets, and other processes constantly waking your phone and draining your juice. While your media scanner isn't the biggest battery hog out there, it can definitely take a chunk out of it.

While I do enjoy the vanilla Android Lollipop experience that comes with the Google Play Edition HTC One, I do miss the sweet camera that ships with Sense. Luckily, the people behind Liberty ROMs found a way to port that camera over and now we can enjoy the best of both worlds... well, sort of.

With most of HTC's staff working on getting Sense updated to Android Lollipop, their piecemeal approach to individual app updates now comes to their Gallery app. The new update is available for all HTC devices running KitKat, but if you have the HTC Service Pack installed, it will run on any Android device running 4.4 or above.

I have an unlocked At&t HTC ONE M7 that i am using with T-mobile service , does this meamn the phone is already rooted?

Not only are pie controls functional, they make using Immersive Mode a breeze since the regular nav bar was no longer required.
