A friend at work gave me his tablet last week to look at to see if this can be fixed.
The issue is that following the Toshiba logo a EFI Shell screen appears with no option to exit or change this, this is showing the following:

I have tried to plug in a keyboard using an micro USB to USB without success and also tried the VOL plus Power button but can not get in to the setup option. The tablet is my friends sons and he does not think that recovery system was setup.
Do any of the forum members have any suggestions?
All help is massively appreciated.
