I'm having the same problem, not able to get the Dish Hopper connected. I don't see an option for Dish Hopper either, just one for Dish or DishTV. Were you able to figure it out?

It took me a bit to figure this out. On your Hopper, go to settings, remote settings and look for the IR listing. You have to enable the ability to use a universal remote. Once you do that, it works fine.
